Black Lives for Christ is a blog dedicated to addressing the challenges facing the Black diaspora through the lens of Scripture. We explore a wide range of topics, including social issues, economic inequality, education, and history, with the goal of re-centering Christ at the heart of Black communities worldwide. Our mission is to help lay a firm, biblical foundation that strengthens faith, identity, and purpose within the community.

We approach each topic through thoughtful study, research, and biblical reflection. By examining real issues and standing on the authority of God’s Word, we seek to offer guidance, encouragement, and Christ-centered solutions.

We hope our work extends beyond writing and will foster conversations with youth and young adults about faith and belief, whether on college campuses, in after-school programs, at youth gatherings, or in workplace community events.

We hope that our thoughts will rally Christian presence at social and political movements across America, not to promote partisan agendas, but to invite people to consider Christ’s perspective above all else.

Additionally, we explore how churches can weave Scripture and Christian living into the everyday lives of Black families and singles. A key goal is to inspire Black megachurches in underserved communities to establish K–12 private Christian schools, allowing students to grow academically while being rooted in biblical principles.

Through all these efforts, we strive to uplift, equip, and inspire Black lives to live boldly and faithfully for Christ.
